Vesper Capital is a software house established in 2019. We specialize in development and implementation of integrated Information Systems for Commerce and Government. We develop and implement horizontal packages for medium to large companies, as well as vertical applications built to individual customer requirements.

Vesper Capital was instrumental in technology transfer of  Structured Analysis methodology and CASE tools.

Vesper Capital’s applications work mainly  in the DB2/INFORMIX/ORACLE environment, but we are rooted in IBM CICS, DB2, FoxBase, DataFlex. Our experience spans the rich spectrum from Environment Protection Administration to oversize machine-tool manufacturers.
